The Z Hotel Covent Garden

Very convenient location for Covent Garden and surrounding areas - the staff at the check-in were friendly and gave us lots of information. Having stayed in a few Z-Hotels before, I knew what to expect, this was probably the smallest room I’d stayed in. We opted for a room without a window as we were only staying for one night - if you’re staying for longer you might want a larger room or natural light. Quiet and cosy, and no noise from neighbours or the corridors which was excellent. The room was clean, and included everything we needed. I have just knocked off a star as the lift was out of service, and our room was on the fifth floor which was quite a bit of a trek upstairs.

The Z Hotel Covent Garden My best experience at The Z Hotel Covent Garden was truly memorable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Covent Garden, close to shops, restaurants, and theatres, making it very convenient for exploring London. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Although compact, it was very comfortable and well-organised, with a cosy bed and excellent facilities. I appreciated the stylish décor and the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to relax after a busy day in the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the calm and secure environment. Everything was well managed, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The lounge area was also a lovely place to unwind. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would happily return again for another wonderful experience.

Great location and superb service. Although the rooms are small and compact, we found it perfect for our one night stay. Special mention to the staff member in reception late at night, Joan (I hope I got his name right). He was super attentive with us and funny.

Stayed here for 2 night earlier this month. I was very kindly upgraded to the family room which, the bathroom I feel would not have catered for.The shower door was as close to the toilet seat, not much room at all! Whoever was next door to me on the first nignt was pretty noisy so I didn't get a good night sleep! (And feel that the housekeeping was just as noisy the next morning) But that aside, the service from the staff in the lobby was top notch. All so attentive and a peaceful atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better, a couple of minutes away from the covent garden tube station and a stones throw away from the centre of covent garden market. All in all it was a pleasant experience albeit the first night .. Would probably opt for a room with a window next time!

The location is perfect The stuff is so helpful. I’d like to thank especially the lady, Wing, in the night shift for her supports and service. However, the hotel consists of two blocks connected within the building and you don’t know which one you are going to stay until you check in. The thing is if you are in the second building you should climb the stairs, elevator is not for you. So I’d advise you to make it clear before you make reservation. About the rooms, so so so clean. ours was truly like a cubicle. We’ve heard everything what we did in the I’d have chosen the walls rather than thin glass doors. And there was no place to put our bags or clothes smt like a small wardrobe or even a few shelves under the hangers would be great. We can choose again according to the price but the only reason is the location.

I had a very comfortable stay here as a solo traveller. Yes, the room is small, but I felt that was made clear by the pictures when I made my booking. And I was actually pleasantly surprised by how clever the layout was. I never felt cramped. I tried the breakfast buffet once but found it a little meagre. For the money, I'd rather spend a little more and go out for breakfast instead. The free cheese & wine was nice though. You can't beat the location, right in Covent Garden within walking distance from many theatres and tourist attractions.

The room is VERY compact. The 1/2 of the edge of the bed is the shower wall (glass). The bed is against the other wall, so when you sleep on that side, if you want to go to the bathroom then you have to go over the next person (my husband). We were there for one night, so was okay. Location is excellent! Price for location was good, next to Covent Garden market, Covent Garden underground is minutes away.

One night stay, wish we had longer and certainly will return. Excellent service; an issue was resolved swiftly when we did have one. We will only stay in z hotels when visiting London! (I would recommend staying in the terrace room with your own private rooftop space. Even cold it was a lovely space to relax)
